What you will do:
We are currently seeking a Billing Representative to join our team. This is an entry-level, in-office role within our Billing team ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a sharp eye for detail. The ideal candidate is customer-focused and eager to grow their skills in billing and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve customer billing queries, aiming for first contact resolution.
- Professionally handle inbound and outbound communication with clients (calls, email, tickets, chat, etc) related to account billing inquiries, payment requests, and more.
- Accurately process and reconcile payments.
- Monitor and reduce accounts receivable aging.
- Undertake collection efforts with past-due clients.
- Quickly build knowledge around our billing applications other internal systems (TBS, Hubspot, Monday.com, etc).
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in B2B billing, accounts receivable, and customer service.
- A customer-first mindset, with a passion for helping customers and team members.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on professionalism and confidentiality.
- Independent work ethic with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong spreadsheet management skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc).
- Familiarity with merchant services, payment processing platforms, or subscription billing systems.
- H.S. Diploma and/or equivalent required.
- Candidate in pursuit of a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Rate of Pay: starting at $19.23/hour
Schedule: 9 am - 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday
