About the Role
As a Warranty Technician, you’ll be the expert customer’s trust when it matters most. You’ll be out in the field solving real problems, diagnosing issues, and performing hands-on repairs that protect the quality of our work and the homeowner’s investment. No two days are the same—you might be evaluating a warranty concern, handling underwater repairs, or helping a customer understand the best path forward when a repair falls outside of coverage. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys technical challenges, working independently, and being the face of the company in the field—delivering solutions, building confidence, and leaving every customer feeling taken care of.
General Summary of Position
