About the Role
In this role, you’ll oversee and coordinate renovation construction activities across the region, playing a key part in delivering high-quality projects from start to finish. You’ll work closely with in-house technicians and subcontractor crews to keep work moving efficiently, maintain strong production standards, and ensure quality at every stage. By partnering across teams and communicating directly with customers, you’ll help create a smooth, well-coordinated construction experience—one that reflects pride in workmanship, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
General Summary of Position
Responsible for coordination of the Renovations construction-related activities within region. Oversees in-house technicians and communicates directly with subcontractor crews to maximize their production and quality of work. Implements and ensures compliance with accounts receivable and construction-related quality control processes while ensuring proper communication with the customer to provide a truly remarkable customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS – Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Education | High school diploma/GED or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred. |
Licenses/Certifications | N/A |
Years of Experience | One year’s construction or scheduling experience preferred
General pool background experience preferred |
Required Skills & Abilities | Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook.
Strong oral and written communication skills and skilled in the ability to determine customer needs/requirements.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical and financial skills Approachable, effective listener with strong customer service skills and multitasking ability.
Proficiency with scheduling tools (i.e. Pro Edge) |

Other Requirements | Self-motivated, pro-active, result-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction.
Positive “can-do” attitude.
Works well within a team environment.
Willingness to work 10 or more hours overtime per week, including Saturdays if necessary, during busy season. |
