About the Role

In this role, you’ll oversee and coordinate renovation construction activities across the region, playing a key part in delivering high-quality projects from start to finish. You’ll work closely with in-house technicians and subcontractor crews to keep work moving efficiently, maintain strong production standards, and ensure quality at every stage. By partnering across teams and communicating directly with customers, you’ll help create a smooth, well-coordinated construction experience—one that reflects pride in workmanship, accountability, and exceptional customer service.


General Summary of Position

Responsible for coordination of the Renovations construction-related activities within region. Oversees in-house technicians and communicates directly with subcontractor crews to maximize their production and quality of work.  Implements and ensures compliance with accounts receivable and construction-related quality control processes while ensuring proper communication with the customer to provide a truly remarkable customer experience.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate multiple subcontractor crews and in-house technicians that perform renovation work in the region.
  • Maximize crew capacity and production by fully implementing and using internal software scheduling tools. Review exception reports to ensure all phases of production are scheduled and completed. Maintain open communication with field personnel and partners to expedite decisions related to on site concerns.
  • Ensure proper communication and expectations of customer payments. Ensure communication and collection of payments by partners. Follow up on payment processing via Web and Credit cards. Manage job flow based on payments.
  • Ensure quality control using in-house technician inspections and new pool resources for supervision where applicable. Monitor/control re-work and develop processes to eliminate occurrences and reduce related costs. Track and follow up with underperforming partners. Develop new quality standards in key areas as needed.
  • Work closely with Admin to ensure our backlog is communicated properly to the Renovation Specialists and in turn to our customers.
  • Proactively communicates with customers to resolve any issues. Point of contact for customer conflict resolution. Ensures timely completion of all projects with minimum disruption to the customer’s property and swim season. Always strives for 5’s - 100% Customer Service Satisfaction (CSS).
  • Stay abreast of the latest pool and other backyard related technologies and take the initiative to understand such by either self-educating or attending vendor related training.

QUALIFICATIONS – Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Education

High school diploma/GED or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred.

Licenses/Certifications

N/A

Years of Experience

One year’s construction or scheduling experience preferred

 

General pool background experience preferred

Required Skills & Abilities

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook.

 

Strong oral and written communication skills and skilled in the ability to determine customer needs/requirements.

 

Excellent problem-solving, analytical and financial skills

Approachable, effective listener with strong customer service skills and multitasking ability.

 

Proficiency with scheduling tools (i.e. Pro Edge)

Self-motivated, pro-active, result-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction.

Works well within a team environment.

 

Willingness to work 10 or more hours overtime per week, including Saturdays if necessary, during busy season.
