About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage your customer outcomes experience to enhance key pillars of customer success: operations, onboarding, adoption, advocacy, growth, and renewal. Your expertise will be important for helping our customers maximize the value of our platform and service offerings.


Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to improve onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and renewal.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer journeys ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Analyze customer feedback and metrics to drive improvements in customer experience and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer success initiatives with business objectives.
  • Identify and share upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive growth within existing accounts.
  • Identify, share, and act on risk to ensure high customer retention
  • Advocate for customer needs and provide insights to inform product development and enhancements.

While no one individual will possess them all, the successful candidate will bring many of the following experiences, skills, and attributes:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer marketing, customer success, business development, solutions sales, onboarding, or project management at an As a Service company.
  • Strong understanding of customer success metrics and methodologies. Product success metrics are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment

The pay range for this role is:

115,000 - 150,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
