About the role

The Director of MV and HV Supply Chain at Anza is an exciting opportunity to help lead the positive transformation of the US power equipment market. This person will initially report into the CEO. The role will involve managing relationships with transformer equipment suppliers, and helping to design Anza’s platform expansion into the transformer market. This role will include elements of business strategy, vendor relations, and management of procurement processes on behalf of our customers. While the role will initially focus on solar and storage applications, over time it will expand to include the broader power market (utility, data center , and industrial).


Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Lead procurement processes for our Advisory Services clients.
  • Collaborate with software engineering and product on the design and build of online platform.
  • Build and maintain relationships with transformer providers.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and market intelligence content.
  • Support the sale of Advisory Services and software products.

While no one individual will possess them all, the successful candidate will bring many of the following experiences, skills, and attributes:

  • At least 5-years working in transformer procurement or supply chain.
  • At least 5-years working in the broader power or energy industry.
  • Existing relationships with transformer OEMs and providers.
  • Hands on experience negotiating transformer supply contracts.
  • Comfortable reviewing transformer technical requirements.
  • Engineering or technical degree PLUS
  • Experience at an Enterprise SaaS or data provider PLUS
  • Process improvement, root cause analysis, or Lean experience PLUS
  • Industrial Engineering PLUS

The pay range for this role is:

195,000 - 225,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
