The Role
This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions. The Customer Success Representative will be responsible for building senior level relationships with existing clients and identifying key stakeholders in order to maintain, develop and grow the account. The Customer Success Representative is responsible for developing and increasing revenue streams. This role will be driving and managing complex solution sales and renewals. Desired candidate will possess either sales or account management experience in Procure to Pay (P2P) software solutions targeting companies within the Fortune 2000.
The intangibles include being driven by results, high goal-orientation, and working with urgency. The ideal candidate must have enterprise sales experience and account management/retention skills. This candidate will exhibit passion, enthusiasm, and self-motivation to succeed.
