We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven individual to join our Professional Employer Organization (PEO) Compliance Accounting team as an Accounting Manager. This pivotal role will focus on establishing and maintaining a robust accounting infrastructure to support Rippling’s business expansion in PEO business. You will play a key role in supporting PEO regulators' periodic compliance reporting, introducing new product offerings, and tax compliance and annual external audits.

Our diverse team consists of professionals spread across the United States, Europe and India, with more international locations coming soon.
