We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join to lead the Rippling’s IN/SG (India/Singapore) Payroll Engineering Team by bringing in vision in collaboration with product and fellow engineers.. This team is responsible for managing the complete IN/SG payroll process, including onboarding, tax calculation, payroll calculations, integration with third party systems for filings, POI handling, generating challans etc. The team collaborates with various cross-organizational functions like HRIS, PTO, Benefits, and Pension, as well as global payroll platform teams.
