The Account Executive, NLS ESB role at Rippling offers a unique opportunity: we're looking for talented, ambitious Account Executives who thrive in a high-velocity, high-volume sales motion while serving as a trusted advisor to Rippling's prospects. As an Emerging Small Business (ESB) New Logo Account Executive, you will sell Rippling's Global Products (Employer of Record, Global Payroll, and Global Contractors) to net-new customers. Sales cycles are short and fast, and you will run many deals in parallel every week.
You will own the full consultative sales cycle: engaging with interested prospects, understanding their business needs, recommending tailored solutions across our platform, and closing revenue.
As a seller, you will be part of a multi-product organization and will have co-selling and solo-selling opportunities. Your Solutions Consultant (SC) will assist you with complex deals requiring deeper technical platform knowledge. You will follow and be continuously trained on MEDDICC qualification methodology, applied at ESB speed. Due to the high velocity, this role lets you rep fast, sharpen your discovery and closing skills, and build the foundation for the next step in your career.
This job requires you to work EST/EDT hours (5:30 pm to 2:30 am IST)
