Job Title: Program Administrator

Reporting Structure: Assistant Director – Enterprise Partnerships, Program Operations

FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

General Classification: Hourly, Full-Time, Regular

Location: Remote, from United States 

 

Position Summary

The Program Administrator role performs a wide variety of program administrative functions including duties of a technical and organizational nature. The individual in this role collaborates with key internal partners to ensure the accuracy of our enterprise data, programs, registrations, and records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solution-focused, focused on continuous improvement, adaptive, and customer-centric.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring required data for compliance is obtained, filed, and stored in accordance with federal, state, and grant specific standards in a timely manner while maintaining file integrity and confidentiality by monitoring records and assuring compliance.
  • Works under and in alignment with the Assistant Director in support of Program Team and hiring partner goals.
  • Assists in ensuring customer satisfaction and successful execution of agreed-upon expectations for program implementation.
  • Works cross functionally with teams to assist in delivering requirements of assorted state and federal grants.
  • Work with the Enterprise team to create and maintain CRM dashboards and reports.
  • Monitor emerging trends in program administration to bring new ideas to leadership and improve efficiency.
  • Assists in answering and redirecting email inquiries to the general Apprenti email inboxes.
  • Assists the team with special projects and other duties as needed.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • At least 2 years of administrative support experience.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accurate and timely program implementation.
  • Able to plan, prioritize and complete assignments with supervision.
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness; maintains confidentiality and privacy, admits & solves mistakes, and meets commitments.
  • Solutions-oriented 
  • Ability to travel on occasion for recruitment and community outreach events.

 

Physical Duties & Work Environment:

  • Remote work in a largely virtual environment.
  • Ability to sit/stand at a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to take phone calls and video calls throughout the day with internal and external clients.
  • Ability to actively work without frequent interruption or distraction during standard business hours in the time zone of residence, with some flexibility to work outside of standard hours on occasion.

Apprenti pays between $31.25 and $36.05 per hour this position between based on qualifications, skills, experience, company values, and culture alignment. Additionally, we offer the following key benefits for this full-time role:
