Overview

This role is for a senior design leader who elevates customer-facing creative across marketing, sales, and customer success. As Senior Art Director, they set the visual bar for campaigns, content, website experiences, and executive-facing assets — translating complex ideas into clear, compelling design that strengthens brand perception and supports pipeline growth, adoption, and retention. They combine strong creative judgment with disciplined execution, building scalable design systems that enable speed without sacrificing quality, and ensuring every touchpoint across the buyer and customer lifecycle is modern, cohesive, and conversion-minded.


Essential Duties

  • Brand Leadership & Visual Identity – Owns the evolution, governance, and ongoing refresh of the company’s visual identity across all customer-facing channels. Drives consistency while pushing the brand forward, breaking the habit of recycling templates, and ensuring every asset — from brand systems to micro-interactions — is modern, intentional, and impactful. 
  • Marketing Creative & Asset Development – Leads design concepting and execution for all marketing assets — including website, content, campaigns, events, and email — delivering visuals that elevate perception, improve clarity, and increase engagement across the buyer journey. Builds scalable design systems that enable fast, high-quality production without sacrificing creativity. 
  • Sales Asset Design & Story Support – Partners with Product Marketing and Sales to develop high-impact pitch decks, sales one-pagers, product visuals, and executive-facing materials that simplify complex value props and strengthen the sales team’s ability to influence and convert target accounts. 
  • Website Experience & Rebrand Leadership – Co-leads the company’s website rebrand and ongoing evolution, ensuring the digital experience reflects the brand’s strategic direction, communicates the narrative cleanly, and drives conversion. 
  • AI & LLM Innovation – Champions the use of AI-native tools to accelerate design workflows, create net-new concepts, scale asset production, and optimize creative operations without compromising craft or quality. 


Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Eight years or more of related experience
  • Experience leading design/creative at an enterprise B2B technology company.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Excellent visual design skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. 
  • Proficient in Figma or similar software. 
  • Proficient in UX design. 
  • Proficient in animation.

The pay range for this role is:

150,000 - 160,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
