What we’re looking for
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support the go-to-market (GTM) lifecycle across Arcadia’s products and solutions. Responsibilities include buyer persona development and customer segmentation, product positioning, packaging & pricing, sales enablement, and competitive/market insights. The role will help bridge commercial, finance, and product management, helping to drive the product roadmap by delivering market insights while also ensuring we are successfully selling our products and expanding into the right markets.
Initial key focus areas will be to:
- Define buyer personas and customer segmentation to sharpen targeting across marketing and sales
- Drive go-to-market enablement and positioning refinement of our current product offering
- Collect and synthesize market intelligence to inform product roadmaps and GTM strategies
- Support product launches and ensure alignment and enablement across each stage - from conception to GA launch – by connecting external customer needs, competitive differentiation, commercial requirements, technological capabilities, and business goals.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter and strong leader who can drive end-to-end initiatives and processes across many teams and functions. This person will need to be adept at stakeholder management, communication, problem solving, and market analysis and combine that with domain expertise and intuition. They should also bring AI fluency and a growth mindset — comfortable experimenting with and adopting AI-powered marketing tools to work smarter and faster.
This role will report to the Head of Product Marketing. Additionally, the Product Marketing Manager will collaborate frequently with sales, pre-sales, product managers, customer success teams, and customers.

What you'll do:
- Define and maintain buyer personas and customer segmentation frameworks to guide messaging, targeting, and campaign strategy
- Work with our customers, the commercial team, and the product team to develop messaging, positioning, packaging, and GTM strategy for Arcadia’s products
- Support product launches, ensuring we are communicating with and enabling GTM at each appropriate stage of the product life cycle
- Gather or conduct market and competitive research to understand what customers want and how to position against alternatives
- Own product and commercial enablement for our GTM teams, including sales playbooks, battlecards, and training
- Partner with marketing and demand generation efforts to help communicate the features and value of our products
- Turn learnings from the market, customers, and MVP delivery into clear requirements that inform our product roadmap
- You will be hands-on in uncovering insights from analytics, win/loss data, user research, and use cases that come from cross-functional partners in Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations.
- You will balance and champion the needs of the diverse set of users who interact with Arcadia products: enterprise businesses, software companies, technology & integration partners, and internal Arcadia employees.
What will help you succeed
Must Haves:
- AI fluency and intellectual curiosity — a track record of experimenting with and adopting AI marketing tools to improve efficiency and impact
- Experience in the energy industry OR enterprise SaaS platforms
- 5+ years experience as a Product Marketer in a technology-driven environment, preferably within the energy + SaaS industry, or equivalent work experience such as consulting, business operations, or strategy
- Demonstrated experience aligning and influencing cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to break down complex problems into incremental product solutions
- Strong organizational and project management skills, and a proactive communication style
- A growth mindset, comfort with ambiguity and ability to manage multiple competing priorities autonomously
- Demonstrated success in taking complex, data-driven software products in the energy industry to market
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with B2B marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo)
- Proven track record in creating high-impact B2B marketing assets (e.g., white papers, case studies, thought leadership content)
- Direct experience with enterprise energy management, sustainability/ESG reporting, fintech, or utility billing
- Experience scaling product marketing processes and GTM frameworks in a high-growth environment

Target Annual Compensation Range for this role will be $81,000 - $145,125. There will also be a competitive benefits and bonus component to the package. The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by the skills, experience, and location of the qualified candidate.
