• In this position, you will be responsible for:
• • As a Deployment and Customer Success Consultant in our Consulting Services department, you'll drive the data collection and configuration of the ArcheHealth solution collaborating with the project team to identify customer needs and define business processes. Teamwork is essential to what we do! You'll build an on-site rapport with customers to guide them in their integration of the  software. Thanks to your application knowledge (we'll train you!), consulting acumen, people skills, and supply chain expertise you will be a key contributor to a successful implementation.
• Requirements
• • 3+ years of direct software implementation and consulting experience working at a consulting or software company or
  • 3+ years of being a product/solution specialist with direct software implementation experience working on the customer side
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrated experience working in/with:
  • • Inventory, distribution management and/or ERP supply chain software implementations (Oracle, SAP, Infor, McKesson, Cardinal Health, etc.)
    • Business process requirement definition, software configuration, data loading, testing, and training
    • Inventory and Order Management
    • Process Mining and Value Stream Mapping
    • Forecasting, Demand & Supply Planning
    • General Ledger, A/P, A/R, Chart of Accounts & Financial Statements
    • Logistics and Warehousing
