Our team brings deep expertise across game development, publishing, and live operations, and shares a commitment to building exceptional player experiences.

Intro

Ares Interactive is always looking for talented customer support professionals who are passionate about helping players have the best possible experience.


We build player-loved games designed to be played for years, and player support is a critical part of that. From resolving issues to gathering feedback, our support team plays a key role in shaping the player experience and strengthening our communities.

What you might work on

  • Responding to player inquiries and resolving issues across support channels (in-game, email, Discord, etc.)
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and account-related concerns
  • Escalating bugs and player-impacting issues to internal teams
  • Gathering and summarizing player feedback to share with product teams
  • Supporting live events, updates, and new feature rollouts
  • Helping maintain a positive and engaging player experience


What we look for

  • Experience in customer support, community support, or similar roles
  • Strong communication skills with a player-first mindset
  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle high volumes of requests while maintaining quality
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with product and community teams


Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting mobile games or live service products
  • Familiarity with support tools (e.g., Helpshift, Zendesk, etc.)
  • Experience with Discord or community platforms
  • Understanding of common player issues in games (progression, purchases, bugs)
  • Passion for games and helping players
