Our team brings deep expertise across game development, publishing, and live operations, and shares a commitment to building exceptional player experiences.

Ares Interactive is always looking for talented marketers who want to help build player-loved games.


We partner with our elite studios to create cross-platform experiences rooted in a player-first mindset, live excellence, and enduring communities. Marketing plays a critical role in how we bring our games to life, from first impression to long-term player engagement.

What you might work on

  • Driving go-to-market strategy for new game launches and major updates
  • Planning and executing performance marketing campaigns across paid channels
  • Developing positioning, messaging, and store presence (App Store / Google Play)
  • Partnering with product teams to improve player acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Analyzing campaign and player data to inform strategy and optimization
  • Supporting live ops, events, and ongoing content through marketing initiatives


What we look for

  • Experience in product marketing, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, or related roles
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
  • Clear communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to operate cross-functionally with product, creative, and analytics teams
  • Ownership mentality with a focus on outcomes


Nice to Have

  • Experience in mobile games or live service products
  • Familiarity with paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
  • Experience with ASO, creative testing, or funnel optimization
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Braze) or player lifecycle programs
  • Experience with social media/community channels and platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Bluesky, YouTube, Discord, Hootsuite, Sprout, Sprinklr, etc.)
  • Passion for games and understanding of player behavior
