About the role

Ares Interactive is always looking for talented production professionals who want to help build player-loved games.

We partner with elite studios to create cross-platform experiences rooted in a player-first mindset, live excellence, and enduring communities. Production plays a critical role in bringing our games to life — driving execution, aligning teams, and ensuring we ship high-quality experiences.

What you might work on

• Driving development timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinating cross-functional teams across design, engineering, art, and marketing
• Managing sprint planning, task tracking, and project workflows
• Identifying risks, resolving blockers, and keeping teams aligned
• Supporting live ops, events, and ongoing content delivery
• Ensuring clear communication across teams and stakeholders

What we look for

• Experience in production, project management, or similar roles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
• Ownership mentality with a focus on delivery and outcomes

Nice to Have

• Experience in game development or live service environments
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies
• Experience with production tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Experience supporting live ops, events, or seasonal content
• Passion for games and understanding of development pipelines
