About the role

Ares Interactive is always looking for experienced leaders who want to help build player-loved games and scale enduring franchises.

We partner with elite studios to create cross-platform experiences rooted in a player-first mindset, live excellence, and long-term growth. Our leaders play a critical role in shaping strategy, building high-performing teams, and driving outcomes across our business.

What you might work on

• Defining strategy and driving execution across key areas of the business
• Building, leading, and scaling high-performing teams
• Partnering cross-functionally to align product, marketing, and operations
• Driving performance across key metrics including growth, retention, and monetization
• Establishing processes, systems, and structures to support scale
• Representing Ares with partners, platforms, and external stakeholders

What we look for

• Proven leadership experience in games, tech, or high-growth environments
• Track record of driving meaningful business outcomes
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
• Ability to build and lead teams while fostering a high-performance culture
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ownership mindset with a focus on results and long-term impact

Nice to Have

• Experience in mobile or live service games
• Background in scaling teams, products, or studios
• Experience working across global teams and markets
• Deep understanding of player behavior and product performance
• Passion for games and building enduring player experiences
