Product Delivery Manager

Location: Lithuania (Remote)

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and seniority

About the Team

Argyle is building the universal network for consumer-permissioned income, employment, and asset data. We power real-time verifications directly from the source — payroll systems, banks, and documents.

Named one of America’s Best Startup Employers of 2025 by Forbes, Argyle serves customers across mortgage, government benefits, tenant screening, lending, background checks, and the gig economy.

As our product surface grows, execution quality and predictability matter. This role exists to strengthen how we plan, coordinate, and deliver complex product initiatives across teams.

The Role

We are looking for a Product Delivery Manager to own execution across multi-team product initiatives.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, Design, and Analytics to ensure that priorities are clear, dependencies are managed, and work is delivered with quality and consistency.

This is a hands-on delivery role focused on outcomes, not a people-management position.

What You’ll Do
  • Own delivery of cross-functional product initiatives from planning to release
  • Translate product priorities into clear execution plans and milestones
  • Coordinate work across Product, Engineering, Design, and Data
  • Track progress, risks, and dependencies; resolve blockers early
  • Ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into scope, timelines, and trade-offs
  • Improve delivery processes, planning discipline, and execution standards
  • Help teams move faster by reducing ambiguity and operational friction
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience driving execution in a product-led, engineering-heavy environment
  • Strong instincts for prioritization, sequencing, and dependency management
  • Comfort operating across Product, Engineering, Design, and Data
  • Structured, pragmatic approach to planning and prioritization
  • Clear, concise communication — especially in complex or ambiguous situations
  • Bias toward ownership, accountability, and delivery
What Success Looks Like
  • Teams ship predictably and with confidence
  • Priorities and timelines are clear and realistic
  • Risks and dependencies are surfaced early
  • Stakeholders trust delivery commitments
  • Execution feels disciplined, calm, and effective
Why Argyle
  • Remote-first, internationally distributed team
  • Competitive compensation and equity
  • Opportunity to work on core fintech infrastructure
  • Smart, kind, ambitious teammates who care deeply about building things well
  • High-bar, low-ego culture focused on building things well

At Argyle, we’re committed to building an inclusive team and creating equal opportunities for everyone. We believe diverse backgrounds and perspectives lead to better ideas, stronger collaboration, and a better company overall. Sounds like a place you'd thrive? Apply today.
