About the role


As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll play a key role in delivering direct ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services to children and their families. You'll work closely with parents, caregivers, and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to create positive, lasting change across various settings, including the home, school, clinic, and community.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing ABA services and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure treatment integrity and effectiveness.
  • Track client progress through data collection and treatment goals.
  • Provide support in areas such as self-help skills, socialization, adaptive skills, and behavioral management.
  • Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule while attending required meetings and trainings.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Registered Behavior Technician Certification from BACB.
  • 3 months experience in providing ABA services or related services.
  • State of AZ Article 9 Training
  • First Aid/CPR Certification
  • State of AZ Prevention and Support Training - obtained prior to service delivery
  • ABA Ethical Guidelines.
  • Clinical Handbook and Policy Orientation
  • AzAHP -Initial and Annual Core Training Plan
