Join Our Team as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst!!

 

As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll play a key role in delivering direct ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services to children and their families. You'll work closely with parents, caregivers, and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to create positive, lasting change across various settings, including the home, school, clinic, and community.

What You'll Do

As a BCBA Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing client care and supervising direct service staff. Your daily impact will include:

Clinical Excellence

  • Lead the client intake process with families and stakeholders
  • Conduct thorough, timely assessments and create function-based, individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor progress, adjust treatment strategies, and ensure clinical quality across all service settings (home, center, community)
  • Deliver direct treatment, family support, and crisis response as needed

Professional Leadership

  • Ensure timely, ethical, and accurate documentation
  • Use empirically supported ABA practices within your scope
  • Participate actively in clinical meetings and ongoing professional development

Team Supervision

  • Provide BACB-compliant supervision to RBTs and trainees
  • Conduct performance reviews, competency assessments, and support certification renewals
  • Mentor trainees with real-time feedback and fieldwork hours
  • Collaborate with team members and families to ensure seamless care coordination

Minimum Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Arizona license to practice Behavior Analysis
  • 1+ year of experience providing and supervising ABA services
  • Completion of required trainings:
    • Article 9 and Prevention & Support
    • AzAHP Core Training Plan (Initial and Annual)
    • 8-Hour Supervision Training
  • Understanding of the BACB ethical code and a strong clinical foundation
  • A collaborative, coachable, and mission-aligned mindset
