About Arion Care Solutions

Our Mission is to do the right thing…always.

We embrace the highest standards of ethics in all of our relationships, services and business practices, and every decision is guided by integrity, dignity and respect.

PURPOSE: The Attendant Care (ATC) Monitor plays a key role in ensuring satisfactory ATC service delivery to Arion Care members.  The ATC Monitor conducts monitoring throughout Arizona in compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.

About the Role

As an Attendant Care Monitor, you’ll play a key role in making sure services run smoothly and members receive the support they need. You’ll be out in the community and in family homes, checking in on how things are going, answering questions, and making sure our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) feel supported too.

This is more than just monitoring — it’s about building trust, promoting choice, and being a reliable resource for families. Every visit you make helps ensure that our members are safe, respected, and living their lives to the fullest.

WHAT YOULL DO

  • Visit members in their homes to ensure they’re receiving the care they need.
  • Support families and guardians by answering questions and scheduling visits.
  • Partner with DSPs to provide feedback and ongoing monitoring.
  • Work closely with supervisors and team members to overcome barriers and connect families to resources.
  • Keep track of visits, complete electronic forms, and share updates with the team.
  • Maintain professionalism, respect, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Help create a safe and positive environment where everyone feels valued.
