NOW HIRING: Bilingual DD Coordinator (English/Spanish)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual DD Coordinator fluent in English and Spanish to join our team! You'll help support individuals with developmental disabilities by ensuring smooth operations, billing, staffing coordination, and compliance—all while providing culturally responsive communication to our diverse member base
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to the DD leadership team
- Process payroll and billing for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
- Communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking families, guardians, and team members
- Maintain required documentation and certifications
- Attend member planning meetings, both remotely and in person
- Help ensure timely communication and service delivery in both languages
- Travel locally for meetings, site visits, and inspection
Minimum Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience in administrative roles or human services
- Strong written and verbal communication in both languages
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and databases
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
- Reliable vehicle and flexibility to travel within the Valley
- Must be 18+, able to pass background check, and obtain DPS fingerprint clearance card
