About the Role
As a HAH Support Assistant, you’ll be a key player in supporting the Habilitation Support Team by managing a variety of important administrative tasks. From entering data and updating goal plans to reviewing documents and collaborating with team members, your work helps ensure services are delivered smoothly and accurately.
This is a remote role, perfect for someone who thrives in a structured, detail-focused environment and enjoys being part of a mission-driven organization.
What You'll Do
- Review incoming planning documents and assist with goal writing and teaching strategies
- Enter and update member data in internal systems
- Track goal progress through weekly data input and 45-day reviews
- Maintain organized records, logs, and documentation
- Collaborate with the HAH Support team to follow updated procedures
- Maintain reliability with consistent scheduling and strong follow-through
- Complete other administrative support tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 18+ years old with a clear background check
- Able to obtain and maintain a DPS fingerprint clearance card
- At least 1 year of experience in habilitation or a related service setting
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Bilingual Spanish and English
Preferred:
- Experience with behavior analysis or teaching strategies
