Job Opening: EVV Coordinator-Bilingual
Location: Remote; in-person as needed I Status: Full-Time
Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about making a difference? Join our mission-driven team as an Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Coordinator! In this vital administrative role, you'll ensure that care delivery to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities—including those in the Elderly and Physically Disabled (EPD) populations—is accurately tracked, verified, and supported through cutting-edge technology and strong communication.
What You’ll Do
As the EVV Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to expert for timekeeping software and electronic verification systems that help ensure high-quality care for our clients. You’ll support both care providers and guardians in maintaining compliance with EVV systems, manage schedules, and troubleshoot issues related to visit verification and time tracking.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Managing and monitoring EVV data, clock-ins, timecard errors, and schedule accuracy
- Supporting EPD and DD provider engagement and guardian participation in EVV systems
- Troubleshooting issues with visit tracking and coordinating with care teams
- Maintaining and entering provider schedules
- Ensuring timely completion of HAH data, ECH notes, and RSP times
- Communicating effectively with team leaders, families, and management
- Supporting software training and user needs across teams
- Upholding all documentation standards and compliance policies
What You Bring to the Team
- Familiarity or experience with developmental and/or physical disabilities (EPD/DD strongly preferred)
- Tech comfort: You know your way around Microsoft Office and can pick up new software with ease
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, deadline-driven, and ready to juggle multiple tasks
- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and troubleshoot effectively
- A collaborative spirit and a proactive, professional approach
- Must be at least 18 years old, able to pass a background check, and obtain a DPS fingerprint card
- Must have a designated home workspace
Physical & Mental Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform occasional physical office tasks
- Can sit and work at a computer for extended periods
- Able to handle time-sensitive situations with calm and clarity
- Strong attention to detail and resilience in a fast-paced environment
