About the role

  • This is a 28 hour per week position. Our Client Representatives are often the first contact for individuals seeking mental health counseling. Therefore, it is imperative that our Client Reps have the ability to remain calm, respectful, genuine and kind during these interactions. Client Reps must show grace even when the circumstances are difficult. Client Reps will be juggling many different tasks and will serve as a support not only to clients but also to the counselors. Client Reps need to be able to handle change and adapt quickly.

What you'll do

  • CLIENT INTERACTION:
    Answer phone calls and respond to voicemails and other communication methods in a timely manner

    Schedule counseling Intake appointments for clients

    Offer a friendly environment for clients in the waiting areas

    Maintain new client paperwork (EHR)

    Take client payments and log on money transmittal sheet

    COUNSELOR INTERACTION:
    Update counselors’ schedules

    Communicate appointment changes with counselors

    OFFICE TASKS: 

    Submit time sheets in a timely manner

    Participate in annual Quality of Care Review

    PERFORMS OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

    ETHICAL BEHAVIOR:
    All Living Well Professional Counseling employees are held to the highest ethical standard and agree to follow the Statement of Faith, which is emailed to each applicant who is to be interviewed. This is in addition to the LWC Ethical Code of Conduct.

    COMPLIANCE WITH POLICY:
    All Living Well Professional Counseling employees are expected to review and adhere to all agency policies and to ask questions if they are uncertain about a policy or procedure.

    TRAINING:
    All Living Well Professional Counseling employees will complete orientation within the first 30 days of employment that includes a review of agency policies as well as specific training related to that employee’s job. Other trainings will be assigned based on the role of the counselor and the site at which he/she will work. Employees are expected to complete all trainings by the assigned due date and to implement the information learned through training.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Some experience in office setting work and customer service is preferred.

The pay range for this role is:

14.75 - 15 USD per hour (Living Well - Little Rock - Markham)
