As an Arrow Electric Superintendent for our Service Group, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating Arrow Service personnel, including installations/maintenance, performance, and customer satisfaction of work secured and performed. This position is responsible for coordinating customer service requests and assisting with developing growth through expansion of the customer base, while ensuring exceptional customer service in every aspect with each and every customer partner.  Your leadership and development capabilities will be critical to achieve company and department goals and objectives, while effectively utilizing and developing your Service Team to meet Company values.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Uncompromised Safety - Communicate and advocate 100% Uncompromised Safety expectations and requirements to the Project Team.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships in a manner promoting company Core Values.
  • Respond to the requests and needs of customers in a timely manner.
  • Maintain communication with the customer that is accurate, honest, and professional. 
  • Oversee safe and complete service and installation of electrical systems for to meet customer requirements and expectations.
  • Effectively interacts and communicates professionally with management, support staff, field personnel, customers, vendors, and trade contractors.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop Department workforce to improve service and installation practices and abilities,
  • Provide insights and support to reduce project risk and capitalize on opportunities to be successful.
  • Ensure Service crews are performing and completing all functions as required.
  • Assist and support Service crews as needed to determine potential systems issues and corrective measures.
  • Perform worksite visits as needed to ensure the plan for each project is being executed and on schedule as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 10 years of electrical field/service experience with 5 years of electrical supervision experience.
  • Ability to read and understand construction blueprints, schematics, and specs to fully understand electrical scope of work, scheduling, safety, and quality requirements.
  • Extensive knowledge of NEC and electrical installation/service processes.
  • Positive customer service attitude.
  • Must be self-directed and capable of prioritizing and handling multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills with careful attention to detail and timely follow-through.
  • Able to work effectively in stressful, time-sensitive environments.
  • High standard of integrity and professionalism.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with customers, company team members, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Must have a current Kentucky Electrical License (EE or ME).
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
