As an Arrow Delivery Driver/Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for the delivery of materials, tools, and equipment to keep our Field Teams up and running on Arrow projects and return them to our warehouse as directed.    You will also assist our Warehouse Supervisor in processing orders, handling material returns, maintaining warehouse inventories of materials, tools, and equipment, assist with tools and equipment maintenance, participate in Pre-Fab operations, and office and grounds maintenance.

• Maintains and advocates for 100% Uncompromised Safety work behaviors.
• Fills/picks orders and delivers materials, tools and equipment to work sites.
• Loads and Unloads trucks and trailers in warehouse and on work sites as needed.
• Returns materials from work sites and assists with return for vendor credit.
• Helps with tracking of tools and equipment for projects from distribution to return.
• Assists with small tool and equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Maintains materials inventory in warehouse as instructed.
• Helps with Pre-Fab operations and completion of project orders.
• Maintains materials in consignment area as instructed.
• Completes and maintain documentation by paper and electronic filing.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clear driving record (CDL A preferred).
• Willingness to obtain CDL (training will be provided).
• Excellent organizational skills with careful attention to detail and timely follow-through.
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Must be able to use power and hand tools in a safe, efficient manner.
• Able to work effectively in stressful, time-sensitive environments.
• High standard of professionalism.
