As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of our Service Team and play the important role as the primary point of contact for our valued customers as you ensure their success and satisfaction as you identify their needs. You will collaborate with your Team Members to coordinate and schedule our Service Technicians to ensure timely delivery of our services and help us achieve our department and organizational objectives for success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Create work orders for Services Department.
- Answer calls from customers and team members.
- Assist in maintaining customer relationships (follow up calls).
- Assist with daily scheduling.
- Create new job and customer files/folders.
- Request Project Electrical Permits and Inspections as needed.
- Assist in Maintaining Department files.
- Perform general administrative support.
- Assist to Manage Dispatch (distribute work orders, scheduling, etc.).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 1-3 years of proven CSR experience (electrical services experience preferred).
- Must be proficient in computer operations to include Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills with careful attention to detail and timely follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess a strong focus for customer relations.
- Must be self-directed and capable of handling multiple tasks and problem solving with minimal supervision.
- Able to work effectively in stressful, time-sensitive environments.
- Desire and ability to continually learn.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive.
