About the role
We are currently seeking a Contracts Manager that will oversee a diverse portfolio of prime and subcontracts. The candidate should possess 8-10 years' experience in cradle-to-grave contract management and administration, specifically managing various cost reimbursement types of contracts. Primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough RFP analysis, FAR/DFARS compliance, actively participating in proposal development, coordinating internal reviews, skillfully negotiating contracts, and efficiently managing the administration and execution of contract/task orders. To excel in this position, superb written and oral communication skills are essential, as you will be required to foster strong relationships with internal and external customers. As the internal Contracts Manager, you would support the Executive team as a member of the Artemis Operations Team. We are looking for a forward leaning individual with a diverse background supporting corporate operations in the government services industry.
This Contracts Manager position requires a minimum of eight years previous professional experience in IDIQ MAC and cost reimbursement contracts administration. This position will be working with company executives directly supporting corporate operations and proposal development as part of the operations team. Our Contract Manager requires careful attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to proactively work with a team, a positive attitude and effective communication.
