166 Units | New Construction | Oakland, CA
ArtHaus Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead the lease-up and operations of ArtHaus 820, a newly built 166-unit community. This role REQUIRES strong lease-up execution and hands-on experience with affordable housing compliance, including LIHTC and CTCAC programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead lease-up strategy and execution to achieve occupancy targets
- Manage compliance for LIHTC and CTCAC programs, including certifications and audits
- Oversee daily operations including leasing, maintenance, and resident services
- Drive leasing performance, conversions, and retention
- Manage budgets, collections, and financial performance
- Supervise and develop on-site team
- Maintain strong resident relations and handle escalations
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular property inspections and maintain standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of property management experience with lease-up exposure
- Strong experience with LIHTC and CTCAC compliance and processes
- Proven ability to manage certifications, documentation, and reporting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements
- Experience with Yardi or similar systems preferred

Compensation and Benefits
