Community Manager – Rent Controlled Property

ArtHaus Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead the lease-up and operations of a 118-unit community.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead lease-up strategy and execution to achieve occupancy targets
  • Oversee daily operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident services
  • Drive leasing performance, conversions, and retention
  • Manage budgets, collections, and financial performance
  • Supervise and develop on-site team
  • Maintain strong resident relations and handle escalations
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular property inspections and maintain standards


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of property management experience with lease-up exposure
  • Proven ability to manage certifications, documentation, and reporting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements
  • Experience with Yardi or similar systems preferred

The pay range for this role is:

71,500 - 80,000 USD per year (San Francisco, CA)
