About the role

We’re seeking a Product Manager who is passionate about making an impact in healthcare and has experience working with health technology software.


What you'll do

  • Become a key member of the Artisight product team and report directly to our VP of Product.
  • Obsessed with the stability and ease of operating our platform so our implementation, support and customer IT teams love to use Artisight. 
  • Own outcomes for Artisight’s shared services, including integrations, edge services, device management and IT administrator tools.
  • Ability to work well with internal technical teams, including engineers, quality assurance and operations. 
  • Work closely with application product managers to scope new capability requirements.
  • Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
  • Work out of our 22nd Floor office overlooking Lake Michigan in Northwestern Medicine’s innovation center in downtown Chicago 2-3 times per week to support testing and assessing our latest software. There are lots of free snacks! 

Qualifications

  • 5+years of product management or related experience.
  • 5+ years of technical product management experience.
  • Experience developing and owning technical roadmaps, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Learning mindset and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing startup environment.
  • Strong product management skills in a remote work environment. 
  • Excellent analytical skills.
