About the role

We are seeking a Chief Of Staff who is highly driven, detail-oriented to partner directly with our Chief Executive Officer. This role is designed for a proactive, fast-thinking professional who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments and is eager to take ownership of projects, logistics, and client-facing work. The Chief of Staff will act as a “right hand” to the CEO, enabling him to focus on strategic growth, product, and business development by managing operations, deliverables, and execution.

What you'll do

  • Manage and track deliverables, including financial models, ROI calculators, board materials, and client presentations.
  • Support product and business development initiatives, including research, data analysis, and preparation of client-facing materials.
  • Own logistics and details for meetings, travel, board coordination, and partner relationships.
  • Shadow in key meetings (both in-person and virtual), take detailed notes, identify action items, and follow through to completion.
  • Assist in performance improvement and financial services projects, ensuring tasks are done correctly upfront rather than corrected later.
  • Prepare board slides, project documents, and client deliverables with accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience: ideally including a mix of startup, consulting, strategy, or operations work (Bonus: You've worked closely with executive teams or in high-growth, mission-driven environments.)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills—thinks quickly, speaks clearly, and asks insightful questions to ensure accuracy.
  • Proven ability to build client relationships and manage partner interactions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Background in healthcare, performance improvement, or financial services a plus (but not required).
  • Highly organized, punctual, and responsive; follows up consistently.
  • Flexible and willing to work extended hours when needed.
