About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive leadership. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented multitasker with exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

What you'll do

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients and stakeholders.
  • Plan and organize internal and external meetings, events, and off-site engagements.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, proposals, and meeting materials.
  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare materials for decision-making.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the executive.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically with high-level stakeholders who have exacting standards and strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and Zoom.
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
