We’re seeking a Senior Regional Sales Director who is passionate about making an impact in healthcare and has experience working with health technology software.


What you'll do

  • Execute new business sales in your territory to meet the revenue growth goals of Artisight.
  • Own the end-to-end enterprise sales process from opportunity creation through contract signature and commercial deliverables.
  • Develop c-suite relationships with prospects and customers required to deliver on new business targets.
  • Manage and own your sales franchise and pipeline via use of Salesforce CRM.
  • Perform outreach and prospect within your territory to generate net new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and other organizations at Artisight to deliver the right solutions to our customers.
  • Use key business insights to elevate customer priorities and learnings.
  • Execute and apply sales process fundamentals including needs/pains analysis, solution building, product presentation, proposal development and refinement.
  • Prepare content and supporting details for all relevant meetings, including presentations, final reports, performance measurement criteria, and measures of success.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Artisight is a growing company and our team all pull together to drive a great outcome for our customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or a technical field, or equivalent career experience
  • 5-10 years of work experience in healthcare software sales with a track record of success.
  • Ability to support all aspects of a sale to clients of our innovative offerings
  • Learning mindset and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing startup environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Home office - based and willing to travel up to 60% as needed

Nice to haves

  • Experience managing a product that leverages AI in the end user experience
