-1 to 3 years of experience as a line cook or prep cook in a high volume or fast casual restaurant.
-Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
-Accuracy and speed in executing menu items (under 8 minute ticket times).
-Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to work 8-hour shifts or longer.
-Must either have a valid Food Handler’s certificate or be willing to take the test to receive one after joining the company.
