The Role
The Director, Compliance Officer is responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance with Ascent Developer Solutions. Working with the General Counsel, this role involves serving as a subject matter expert for regulatory and lending compliance, filing State and Federal reports including HMDA (Reg C), Mortgage Call Reports, and Licensing Reports, leading marketing compliance initiatives, developing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures, acting as a licensing and regulatory liaison, and implementing corrective action.
The Work
This role is responsible for ensuring compliance across Ascent Developer Solutions. This includes a proactive and risk-oriented individual who has experience with a growing company, as the compliance needs will adapt as the company continues to grow. Working closely with the General Counsel, you will provide compliance recommendations that include setting policies and procedures, training, maintenance of compliance oriented workstreams, testing, and corrective action. Your Skills and Experience
The Pay
Salary range is $130.000-$150,000 per year with a discretionary bonus of 25% per year.
