The Role

The Human Resources Generalist/Business Partner plays a pivotal role in driving organizational success within a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. This role encompasses all facets of HR, contributing to a people-first culture that aligns with business objectives. 


The Work

  • Assist in coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring alignment with organizational growth goals and Annual Operating Plan.  16
  • Provide administrative and technical support for HR Information Systems (HRIS), including Rippling, to facilitate applicant tracking, onboarding, payroll, compliance, benefits, and other HR functions. 
  • Ensure the accuracy of HR data and assist in streamlining processes to enhance operational efficiency. 
  • Help develop and administer rewards and recognition programs aimed at boosting employee engagement. 
  • Serve as a resource on HR-related matters such as performance management, conflict resolution, and career development. 
  • Contribute to fostering a culture of trust, inclusion, and high performance through supportive HR practices.  
  • Collaborate on initiatives to develop and implement rewards and recognition programs that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement. 
  • Manage learning and development vendors and internal development programs.  

Your Skills and Experience

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the real estate lending or financial services industry.  
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Rippling experience preferred), Microsoft Office Products, and other relevant tools.   
  • Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships across all levels of the organization. 
  • Proven capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while driving high-quality results.  
  • Strong foundation in HR compliance and process.  
  • Demonstrated discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information. 

The Pay

Salary range is $120k-$140k per year, with a discretionary bonus adding up to 25% per year
