We turn enterprise data into real-time decisions using advanced machine learning and GenAI. Our team solves hard engineering problems at scale, with real-world industry impact. We’re hiring passionate builders to shape the future of industrial intelligence.
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure—primarily on AWS, with additional exposure to Azure or GCP considered a strong plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong security-first mindset, deep experience in infrastructure as code (IaC), and a collaborative approach to supporting development and DevOps teams in building modern cloud-native platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Design & Implementation
- Lead the architecture and implementation of AWS cloud environments tailored to business needs and aligned with security and compliance standards.
- Provide technical guidance to development and operations teams on cloud architecture best practices.
Security Architecture
- Design and implement robust security controls in AWS, ensuring protection of data and infrastructure.
- Drive secure configuration of cloud resources including IAM, encryption, network segmentation, and vulnerability management.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform and/or CloudFormation, enabling consistent, repeatable, and scalable deployments.
- Integrate infrastructure automation into CI/CD pipelines and operational workflows.
Scripting & Automation
- Automate infrastructure and application deployments using Python, Bash, Git, Jenkins, PowerShell, and other scripting tools.
- Develop self-healing and auto-scaling solutions to improve system resilience and reduce manual effort.
DevOps and CI/CD Support
- Operate within a DevOps ecosystem, supporting CI/CD processes, containerization, and automated security testing (DAST/SAST).
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline release cycles and ensure secure deployments.
Monitoring and Reliability
- Design and implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting strategies for cloud workloads using native AWS tools and third-party platforms.
- Support incident response and root cause analysis for cloud infrastructure-related issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with application developers, security engineers, and platform teams to support end-to-end delivery.
- Participate in platform architecture discussions and long-term cloud strategy planning.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in cloud engineering, including multi-cloud environments with a strong focus on AWS.
- Solid experience in infrastructure automation (Terraform, CloudFormation) and scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub, Jenkins, and GitLab.
- Proficiency in Docker/Kubernetes, cloud networking, and container orchestration.
- Strong grasp of cloud security practices, IAM, encryption, and data protection.
- Exposure to DevSecOps, including vulnerability scanning and remediation workflows.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Datadog, etc.) and alerting strategies.
- Experience with cloud-native data services such as Databricks, AWS Glue, EMR, Athena, and Data Lake.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with distributed systems, Linux, CDNs, HTTP/TCP/IP fundamentals, and SQL/database administration.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and serverless computing models.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer
- Microsoft Azure / Google Cloud certifications (preferred)
