Title: Applied Artificial Intelligence, Senior Consultant

Minimum Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics,

Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering or similar


Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year (12 months)


Supervision: None


Job Description:

1. Independently lead initiatives, providing technical direction during design sessions with clients

and Ashling project leads.

2. Designing, training, fine-tuning, and deploying AI/ML models to meet business requirements

as part of larger automation initiatives.

3. Collaborate with engineers to efficiently implement algorithms within existing production

processes and assist in establishing design and coding standards, policies, and procedures

across development efforts.

4. Provide recommendations on improving team efficiency from a code reusability standpoint.

5. Participate in design sessions with clients and Ashling project leads to provide technical

direction on design considerations for development, performance, scalability, availability,

maintainability, and reusability.

6. Build, train and validate AI/ML algorithms to generate as much actional information from the

data as possible

7. Develop machine learning models to conduct predictive analysis as required

8. Responsible for implementing robust testing strategies leading to model optimizations, program

effectiveness, etc.

9. Document technical specifications of models and analyses for handoff to client

10. Compare and contrast machine learning runs from previous models to current models

11. Ongoing support of client to elicit additional requirements and refine models and analyses

beyond initial deployment and recommend data-driven solutions to key stakeholders.

12. Assist with designing documentation, coding standards, procedures, and proprietary models and

analyses

13. Deliver oral or written presentations of the results of mathematical modeling and data analysis

to management or other end users.

Minimum Skills Required: (1) Provide recommendations on improving team efficiency from a code

optimizations, program effectiveness, etc.; (3) Document technical specifications of models and analyses

for handoff to client; (4) Assist with designing documentation, coding standards, procedures, and

Travel: Infrequent (approximately 10%) domestic travel to unanticipated client sites nationally

Work Location: Employer allows telecommuting/work-from-home, whereby the employee may reside

anywhere within the United States.

The pay range for this role is:

95,000 - 135,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
