What You Will Do:

The Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing the tools, processes, and reporting that enable scalable revenue growth and efficient sales execution. This role serves as a cross-functional partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless operations, accurate data management, and effective go-to-market execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized and analytical with a passion for operational excellence in a fast-paced B2B environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • CRM & Sales Tools Management: Maintain and optimize the customer relationship management (CRM) platform (HubSpot), including user support, workflow automation, data integrity, and regular performance audits.
  • Sales Process Support: Assist in designing and maintaining standardized sales processes that support all stages of the sales cycle—from lead intake and qualification to opportunity close and delivery handoff.
  • Performance Reporting: Build and maintain performance dashboards, forecasts, and reports to provide real-time insights on pipeline health, sales KPIs, win/loss analysis, and team productivity.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to manage the repository of sales collateral (presentations, templates, case studies) and support onboarding and enablement programs.
  • Quote-to-Cash Coordination: Support deal desk functions including quote generation, pricing approval workflows, and contract submission; liaise with Finance for smooth invoicing and revenue processing.
  • Territory & Account Management: Assist in territory design, rep assignments, and account segmentation processes to drive efficiency and equitable coverage across the sales team.
  • Technology Evaluation & Implementation Participate in the evaluation, selection, and deployment of tools that enhance sales productivity, automation, and visibility.
  • Sales Meeting & Planning Support: Support preparation for recurring sales meetings, QBRs, and planning sessions by gathering insights, compiling presentations, and tracking action items.


What You Will Bring

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a sales operations, revenue operations, project management, or business operations role within a B2B organization, preferably in technology, SaaS, or consulting services.
  • Industry Knowledge: Exposure to Intelligent Automation, AI, RPA, or related enterprise technology services is a plus.
  • Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), sales analytics tools, and productivity applications (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, BI dashboards).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities; able to turn insights into operational improvements.
  • Process Orientation: Highly organized with a focus on continuous improvement, process efficiency, and cross-team alignment.
  • Communication: Clear communicator who can work effectively with cross-functional teams and present data and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
