Position Overview:


We're seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing audio video integration and design team. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid working environment while building relationships with clients and growing our business in the market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on and close warm leads provided by the company
  • Actively prospect for new business opportunities in the audio video integration market
  • Conduct client meetings and site visits to assess project needs
  • Present audio video integration solutions and design concepts to clients
  • Attend internal team meetings and external industry events
  • Maintain accurate records of all phone calls, client interactions, and sales activities in our CRM database
  • Create proposals, quotes, and other marketing materials as needed.  
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process

Qualifications:

  • Must live in Oklahoma
  • Proven experience in outside sales preferably in the audio video or related technology field
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently, remote work experience preferred
  • Comfortable with technology and learning technical product specifications
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation for client visits
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools
  • Professional appearance and demeanor for client-facing interactions

Work Environment

This is a remote-based position with regular office and client visits. You'll work from home many days but must be available to attend meetings, visit client sites, and participate in company events, with occasional in person office or co-work days.
