About the role


We are seeking a Contact Center Engineer / Developer with a strong background in application development, telephony integration, and modern contact center platforms. The ideal candidate will bring experience working with Twilio, Cisco CVP/ICM scripting, and custom development using JavaScript and Python. You will play a key role in enhancing our customer experience by building and integrating voice, chat, and AI-enabled solutions across our contact center ecosystem.


What you will do:

  • Design, develop, and support contact center applications and workflows using Twilio, CVP Call Studio, and ICM scripting.
  • Build and integrate Twilio SMS and Chat interfaces into agent platforms such as Cisco Finesse and Twilio Flex.
  • Develop custom applications and automations using JavaScript, Python, HTML/CSS, and SQL.
  • Support and extend HubSpot automation workflows and integrations with contact center platforms.
  • Create, enhance, and manage Salesforce Service Cloud Voice integrations with Agent Desktops and IVR systems.
  • Implement and maintain Calabrio reporting solutions, including bulk data export and transcription workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, and product to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize performance, reliability, and data flow across all integrated systems.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting contact center solutions.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, HTML/CSS, and SQL for application and integration development.
  • Experience with Twilio (SMS, Voice, Chat), including APIs and embedding into agent platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco CVP Call Studio and ICM scripting for call routing and IVR design.
  • Familiarity with building integrations between contact center platforms and CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Solid understanding of call flows, CTI, agent desktop customization, and contact center data structures.

Nice if you have:

  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Agent Desktop APIs.
  • Working knowledge of Calabrio reporting, transcription APIs, and contact center analytics.
  • Familiarity with contact center AI tools (e.g., speech analytics, chatbots, or NLP engines).
  • Background in Agile or DevOps environments with CI/CD experience.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
