- Build and refine data models, semantic layers, and reusable data products supporting benchmarking and recommendation engines
- Perform advanced data analysis and statistical modeling to support descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive recommendations for contract strategy
- Engineer historical benchmark datasets from diverse contract negotiation sources to infer similarity and expected outcomes
- Implement diagnostic and monitoring capabilities to assess model and component performance over time, driving continuous improvement
- Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure data quality, solution scalability, and alignment with strategic priorities
- Translate complex analytics into crisp, actionable insights for negotiation teams and leadership
- Support the development of reporting and visualization assets in Power BI and other Fabric-native tools
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are met throughout the analytical lifecycle
What you bring:

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including:
- OneLake and Lakehouse concepts

- Strong experience in Power BI dataset modeling, DAX, and visualization
- Solid grounding in statistics, trend analysis, and benchmarking methodology
- Familiarity with agent-based or component-based analytics, and orchestrated data pipelines
- Experience working with complex enterprise datasets (ideally contract, pricing, or procurement data)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical insights in a business context
Nice if you have:
- Knowledge of Machine Learning techniques (e.g., similarity scoring, clustering, predictive modeling)
- Experience with Python for data science applications in Fabric
- Financial Services industry experience
