About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support data quality, governance, and reporting initiatives across the organization. This role will be responsible for gathering, cleaning, and transforming data from multiple sources to create accurate and reliable “Golden Lists” that serve as the foundation for operational decision-making.


What you will do:

  • Gather and consolidate data from various internal sources for analysis.
  • Perform data cleaning to ensure high data quality, correcting anomalies and removing duplicate records.
  • Develop and generate new “Golden Lists” from cleaned and validated datasets.
  • Collaborate with GWFG-identified primary gatekeepers of the new lists.
  • Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Create clear reports and presentations for management-level audiences.
  • Continuously improve data processes and quality standards.


What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Python or other programming languages for data analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong experience in data cleaning, transformation, and validation processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to clearly present data insights to stakeholders at all levels of management.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in structured environments.


Nice if you have:

  • Experience with ERP systems and enterprise data environments.
  • Knowledge of data governance and master data management practices.
  • Experience working with large datasets and automation tools.
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
