Role Overview


The Operations Manager serves as the operational backbone for AspenView Colombia and a strategic partner for our senior leadership team (CEO, President, Country President).

You will oversee core business operations, manage cross-functional projects, ensure top-tier office and vendor performance, coordinate executive programs and events, and support leadership with structure, insights, and operational excellence.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact position requiring judgment, independence, and strong relationship skills.


Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth functioning of AspenView Colombia and other nearshore locations.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and IT to enable efficient, connected, end-to-end operational processes.
  • Track operational KPIs, identify gaps, and implement improvements proactively.
  • Ensure the Bogotá office and executive spaces maintain AspenView’s standards of quality, hospitality, and readiness.

Project & Program Management

  • Lead strategic and cross-functional projects on behalf of senior leadership.
  • Build project plans, manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure successful execution.
  • Drive follow-through and alignment across teams, tracking commitments and ensuring accountability.

Executive Support & Enablement

  • Support senior leadership with structured planning, analysis, and decision readiness.
  • Prepare executive briefs, summaries, and updates for internal and client-facing engagements.
  • Anticipate needs, identify risks, and provide forward-thinking solutions that elevate leadership productivity.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Manage relationships with key vendors (facilities, travel, hospitality, security, office services, events).
  • Negotiate contracts, evaluate performance, and ensure service levels are consistently met.
  • Ensure cost-effective, high-quality operational support for the company.

Events, Travel & Logistics

  • Lead planning, coordination, and on-site execution of leadership offsites, client visits, board meetings, and major internal events.
  • Manage global travel logistics for senior executives (flights, lodging, transportation, contingencies).
  • Coordinate local operational logistics across Colombia and other nearshore locations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with HR on culture initiatives, onboarding experience, and sensitive employee operations.
  • Work with IT leadership to ensure executive technology setups, secure communications, and conference systems run flawlessly.

Serve as an operational point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.


Qualifications & Experience

Must-Haves

  • 7+ years in Operations, Project Management, Business Administration, Vendor Management, or similar roles.
  • Experience working directly with senior leadership or supporting executive-level operations.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
  • High discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and drive initiatives forward.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with HR, IT, and other operational departments.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in technology, consulting, or high-growth environments.
  • Background in Office Management or Facilities oversight.
  • Experience planning corporate events or executive programs.
  • Familiarity with operational KPIs, dashboards, or process improvement methodologies.
