About the role

We are seeking a talented Advanced Full-Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and testing scalable, high-performance data-intensive applications. While you will primarily focus on both front-end and back-end development, we value your ability and experience to act as a leading engineer across the full-stack to deliver seamless, user-friendly solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between the front-end and back-end architectures, leveraging modern cloud technologies and Azure services.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable back-end solutions using C# and Azure services such as Azure App Services, Cosmos, and Azure Functions.
• Build, integrate, and optimize APIs to ensure secure and seamless communication between systems.
• Implement data processing pipelines and workflows to support structured and unstructured data, using Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS2) and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Establish and maintain DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, to ensure smooth deployment and reliability of services.
• Work in a fast-paced, agile development environment focused on customer experience, application quality, and team collaboration.
• Partner with front-end and platform developers to ensure alignment across the full application stack.
• Contribute to documentation of architecture, designs, and best practices for maintainability.
• Troubleshoot, test, and optimize both front-end and back-end components for improved performance and reliability.

What you bring:

• 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a focus on scalable, user-friendly, and data-intensive applications.
• Strong expertise in front-end technologies like Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Proven experience in back-end development using C# and Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure App Services, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Functions).
• Proficiency in integrating and securing RESTful APIs with modern security protocols (e.g., OAuth2, JWT).
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, data storage, and processing patterns for structured and unstructured data.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Strong experience with responsive design principles and web accessibility standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and testing skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to contribute effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Expertise in secure application development and best practices in performance and maintainability.
• Experience in the development of financial services applications is particularly beneficial.

Nice if you have:

• Familiarity with front-end design systems or component libraries for consistent branding and UI.
• Experience with Azure Document Intelligence, AI/ML services, or other advanced Azure features.
• Knowledge of data visualization libraries and tools for creating interactive dashboards or reports.
• Background in Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with Python, R, or SQL for additional platform-side contributions.
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards in regulated industries, such as financial services.
