About the role

AspenView Technology Partners, Inc. is looking for an experienced Senior Vue.js Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial in shaping the future of our front-end architecture. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the migration of our existing applications from Vue 2 to Vue 3, while also contributing to the development of new, high-performance features.

What you will do:

• Spearhead the planning and execution of our Vue 2 to Vue 3 migration effort.
• Design, develop, and maintain clean, scalable, and responsive web applications using Vue 3 and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write well-documented and testable code, participating in code reviews to maintain high quality standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Stay informed about the latest front-end technologies and best practices to drive innovation.

What you bring:

• 5+ years of experience and proven, hands-on experience as a Vue.js developer in a professional environment.
• Demonstrable experience with a successful Vue 2 to Vue 3 migration. This is a critical requirement.
• Strong proficiency in Vue 3, Vuex/Pinia, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools like Vite or Webpack.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Nice if you have:

• Experience with unit and E2E testing frameworks (e.g., Vitest, Cypress).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and modern authentication methods.
• A portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing past projects.
