About the role
At AspenView, we partner with global clients to streamline, optimize, and automate their most critical business processes. As an RPA Business Process Analyst, you will play a key role in translating operational needs into automation-ready processes by combining deep process expertise with advanced discovery tools such as UiPath Task Mining and Task Capture.
You will collaborate closely with business SMEs, technical teams, and automation stakeholders to ensure end-to-end visibility, accurate documentation, and high-impact automation delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business operations, analytics, and technology—someone who can uncover inefficiencies, convert them into meaningful insights, and help build scalable RPA solutions.
What you will do:
- Lead end-to-end process discovery and mapping using UiPath Task Mining/Task Capture or equivalent tools.
- Facilitate workshops with process owners, SMEs, and business stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, KPIs, and desired outcomes.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements in clear artifacts: process maps, user stories, use cases, BRDs, PDDs, etc.
- Conduct complexity assessments, ROI evaluations, and feasibility studies to determine automation viability.
- Produce detailed Process Definition Documents (PDD) and refine them using Task Capture and CoPilot tools.
- Partner closely with RPA developers and architects to ensure accurate translation of business logic into automation workflows.
- Support UAT, pilot implementations, go-live activities, and post-deployment stabilization.
- Act as the communication bridge between business, IT, and RPA teams to ensure alignment, manage risks, and drive change adoption.
- Promote governance, standardization, and best practices across documentation, design, and automation lifecycle management.
- Train or coach junior analysts and automation support teams on process analysis methodologies and Task Mining techniques.
What you bring:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Process Analysis, Process Improvement, Operations, or similar roles.
- 2–3+ years hands-on experience with UiPath Task Mining or similar AI-enhanced process discovery tools.
- Proven ability to run and lead discovery sessions, map complex processes, and identify automation opportunities at scale.
- Strong understanding of BPMN, SIPOC, value-stream mapping, and other process modeling methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence outcomes across cross-functional environments.
- High attention to detail, structured thinking, and a proactive mindset geared toward continuous improvement.
Nice if you have:
- include additional skills, experiences, or attributes that would be beneficial but are not necessarily required for the role
