Technical Sourcer – LATAM

AspenView is seeking a Technical Sourcer – Latin America to build and maintain strong pipelines of technical talent across the region.

This role is focused on proactive sourcing rather than full-cycle recruiting. The person in this position will help AspenView maintain a deep bench of engineering and technical talent across Latin America, enabling the company to respond quickly to client demand and support its distributed nearshore delivery model.

You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, technical leadership, delivery teams, and commercial stakeholders to identify where top technical talent is located, build scalable candidate pipelines, and generate market insights that strengthen AspenView’s hiring readiness across the region.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines across software engineering, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, data engineering, and related technical domains.
  • Source talent across multiple Latin American countries to support AspenView’s nearshore strategy.
  • Map technical talent markets and identify where key skill sets are concentrated.
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels to identify and engage top technical talent.
  • Provide market insights on talent availability and compensation trends to support sourcing strategy and talent planning.
  • Maintain structured pipelines that allow AspenView to move quickly as hiring needs emerge.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting.
  • Experience sourcing software engineers and other technical professionals.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Strong research, organization, and pipeline management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Interest in technology and the ability to quickly understand technical roles and market dynamics.

Preferred

  • Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Experience sourcing across Latin America.
  • Familiarity with technical hiring across software engineering, cloud/DevOps, QA, infrastructure, and data.
  • Experience with ATS/recruiting platforms.
  • Exposure to compensation benchmarking and technical talent market data.
  • Experience supporting nearshore or distributed engineering teams.
